Departing from the notion of “Out There” the AGYU is an artistically and intellectually driven public art gallery dedicated to manifesting contemporary art through diverse cultural circuits by continuousl, and simultaneously, creating and transcending contexts. At AGYU, we believe an art gallery should serve a social and aesthetic function and that it must be fluid and flexible, transforming itself according to the artists and communities it works with as well as the world as it changes.
